clipshare pro 2.6 expert required - video player character problem

I have a clipshare pro 2.6 website. All is working except for this problem.

I'm looking for someone who can fix this character problem on my video player.

I hired a guy here on GAF regarding this character problem on my site - which he successfully solved with relative ease.

Basically, I want German and Czech characters to appear on my video player, they appear on the site but not on the video player. The German/Czech characters are all messed up on my video.

If it helps, I will give you access to the *instructions* clipshare suggested to me for the site but not the video player. I will give you my username and password that clipshare provided me so you can log into their forum and see for yourself.

Also, change a link address (URL) on one of my navigation panel.
