Would like a chat universe similar to [url removed, login to view] or other javabased irc related ones. Easy functionality with registration requirement to enter. name and email along with the ability to build a one page profile and interst section like yahoo profile. The chat site needs the ability to create rooms that dissapear during the users departure. ALso allows the head admin to ability to boot and ban people. should be able to see which rooms are up and who is in each room, allow for ignore, whisper, jump from room to room and to utilize a few fun commands or to private message if possible. Site should have each created room allow the room creator to boot or ban from his or her room that was created but not have the ability to do that to the head amin of the site. Head admin should be able to create rooms that stay up and not vanish upon a users departure. Also each room should list the names to left or right of who is in the room until they vanish. Site will be hosted by a third party hosting provider (ISP) make chatsite compatible for all main broswer platforms to allow access easily. Notify head admin email each time a new registrant signs up and email the registrant with the password name and site url for future reference. Have database connected to chat universe program to allow for mass mailing and simple report generation if necessary. Allow the program to be open ended for future plug-ins and other add ons to the chat universe program.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Need to sign a disclaimer and confidential agreement.
