Changing banner tracking links on website [login to view URL] if they come from [login to view URL]

I run Joomla website [url removed, login to view], which links to 6 other Joomla sites, let's call them [url removed, login to view] to GGG.com.

[url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view] all have banners advertising to other websites, lets call them [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view] (we get commission when people click on them and set up an account on our advertisers website).

What we would like, is to offer other websites, for example, [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc, to advertise us by putting banners of our sites, [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view] on their websites.

What I would like, is that when a customer of [url removed, login to view] clicks on the advertising banner to [url removed, login to view], that the banners tracking links on [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view] automatically change (we'd be able to provide this different tracking link).

Therefore, when someone is on one of our sites, [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view], and clicks on one of our banners to go to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] and set up an account (thus we get commission), then we know that the person originally came from [url removed, login to view], because the tracking link changed on [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view], because they initially came from HHH.com.

Is this even possible? If so, put in a bid! If I'm impressed with the solution it can be more than $100 :)
