I have a project where we need to build a database and an interface.

Attached is a document that explains the columns needed. There will need to be a login and the ability to retrieve lost passwords and change passwords. There will be one login for the admin who can see/edit everything, and then there will be logins for contractors who can see only their information.

The admin will create new accounts for each contractor, who can then enter their own data.
