Copy and redevelop an event site

I need a developper to create an event(dining) organising site.

The site would have rsvp and full online payment features - I will show you something similar to what I want, and the adjustment that I need to have added to make my site.

I will show you the site I need duplicated then there will be modifications mainly with users roles and redesigning of the site

**Modifications would be mainly to do with organisers roles, events organisers roles, regional organisers roles, users roles and venues set up from the front end.

I will pay half the fee when the original site is built and completed with all the functionalities working fine and tested (50% of the work)

The other half when the new functionalities are added and the site is redeveloped to satisfaction**

Ad hoc additions as the need arises.
