Blog needs to be search engine friendly, have up to the minute data about visitors, how many there are, which posts are most popular, and which search engine terms are sending visitors to the blog.? Must include askimet for spam blocking, sidebar widgets for twitter, flickr, [[url removed, login to view]][1]., meebo, etc., and be video friendly.? Also, RSS feeds, and easy ability for users to share the blog with others.? Needs subscribe feature as well. Wordpress platform/template to optimize for google visibility.?

Set up and hook up all social media sites.? Some social media parts have been set up, some have not.? Need to? link? ? Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and all social bookmarking.? Also develop and implement a strong Facebook strategy to generate traffic to my new blog, along with developing a strong presence within the real estate Facebook community. Goals are to sell my book, and build list.? OK to do some low cost adds too.
