CRE Loaded Category infobox Editing

I have an established CRE Loaded site that I require the category infobox editing. I require the ability to add category titles within the category list with other categories/products listed below, the titles can be plain text (no link to a main category but with CSS formatting). I have included an image of a sample site quickly edited to show the sort of thing I am after if my description was not clear enough.
