Application for Automated Ad Posting

Short description (so I don’t waste everyone’s time): I need an application that allow the user to automatically place the same ad on multiple classified ads websites. I prefer the application to be written in Python, with the “requests” library. Other accepted options are PHP or Java. The application must run on Linux based systems. Running on Windows is a plus but not required. If you are interested, please carefully read the attached long description. In either case, thanks for your time.
I just found out that the mechanize library (http://wwwsearch.sourceforge.net/mechanize/) may be better for what I want. Just wanted to add that mechanize is accepted, and other libraries too.
