Complete coding a Affiliates\' Referrals\' Tracker application - PHP and Object Oriented Coding

Dear coders, I have already started coding this application. The entire code planning, database designing and code organization is complete, all I need is one good OOP programmer to quickly make this mini-application into a fully running application using the MVC model (model-view-controller). If you are not familiar with the MVC model please do not bid.
I will be providing the developer all html/css files that have already been designed. I have already started coding the application, so some of the actual files needed for this app will already be existing (without all the code necessarily).
The user-login system is already setup and working, though the main-site's css theme will have to be applied to the admin panels as well (no major editing involved, just a quick integration of css files).
I will walk the winning coder through the work I have had done in detail, but really, I need you to be competent in OOP php programming with a strong understanding of MVC structure.
I do not believe the work involved is more than a couple of days worth ... i am just occupied with another project, otherwise i would finish this off myself.
Please bid your best price... price will be a strong factor in final selection.

Are you ok with using an MVC framework like CodeIgniter? It makes thing a lot easier and I could probably get your project done in a day or two at most.
