We are looking for someone to develop a very basic software for us

The software can be basic not bothered about design/Look etc

optin software

the software will have url input box "where you add your squeeze page"

A text file upload for bulk email addresses

"the software will input an 1 email and submit then refresh/reload main url and grab the next email from the email text file, it will repeat untill all emails are added or user stops it

Time delay option between inputting each email

must have proxy support so as the autoresponders don't block account Etc
