I am in need of two web pages for an automotive vehicle rating site. The site will allow the users to rate vehicles ( 1 - 10 rating) and make comments on those ratings. Users will also be able to search vehicles already rated by other users.
I have attached two gif files to help explain what I am looking for. They should be considered a general guide and you may make design changes as needed to fit programing requirements.
This is primarily a programming project with very little html page design other than what is needed to show that your coding works. Graphics and final page design will be taken care of on this end.
Please review the attached documents and ask questions to understand this project.
Project Details:
I prefer this site use php and html but will gladly listen to provider suggestions. The server db is Mysql and OS is Linux.
Payment:
I will gladly make a $50.00 cash payment to your account in addition to the winning bid amount to any provider of this project that can start work by midnight the 28th (GMT -7). This means email me the html code for your planned page layout for both pages before that time and date and tell me generally how you plan to do the project. (It does not need to be functional at that point). Show me drop down menus (if used) and general layout plan. No Frames (Frame Set) please and limited use of tables. Prefer div tags etc. I will also pay for additional design elements if needed that are seperate from what is described here that may result from our review of your inital layout plan.
I am easily available IM everyday from the 26th on for questions and assistance. I read and check all PMB's
