I have a simple 5-8 page (at most) site needed to be built in Wordpress using Canvas Wootheme which is already installed on host server. Mockup images and detailed job description/specs are attached.
This particular project is super simple: I will provide all content, media, logos, pictures etc. All I need is someone to create the look/feel and build the site using custom page templates. Most important is that the client has some ability to update the site on their own after the project is completed (either through basic CMS or something similar).
The project and payments will be broken up into 4 milestones:
custom page template -- home page
custom page template -- sub pages
custom module -- for a job board which will be filterable by category and/or state
everything else -- custom form pages (contact us, refer a friend, submit resume)

1. works American hours (eastern time; EST -5)
2. has fast turn around
3. is available THEMSELVES over google talk - easy to reach (not a situation where I talk to a manager who then talks to the programmer - I am talking about a situation where I am talking directly to the programmer over google talk)
4. can get back to me RIGHT away with revisions
5. can make wordpress websites and regular html websites
Portfolio of work must be provided. Those who have done work very similar to my needs will have an advantage.
