Basic Wordpress Template Enhancement

I have developed a Wordpress website that needs adjustments added to the 'Detube' template. I have tried a few plugins however, it seems that the plugins may not be working with the template. I may need some minor programming to accomplish what I need.
What I need is...
1. Have a watermark (My logo and website link) added to the video player.
2. Revise the video uploader to be able to upload large video files to the server.
3. Multiple / Mass video importer to import existing videos into the wordpress as posts. The existing video files has meta data that will need to be translated into wordpress posts.
It may be possible that there are existing plugins that can be altered (via some PHP programming) to accomplish what I need. Details and options can be explored.
