This is a classifieds website where users can post free ads in different categories and can choose to pay for the ads.
The paid ads will appear more prominently, at the top section, slideshow gallery or highlighted.
Layout can be similar to this sample site.
For now, we only need the "Stuff for Sale" section and not the others e.g. Properties, Jobs, etc.
