My client, an up and coming comedian named Adrian "Adee" McCovy, is looking to redesign his website. The current model ([login to view URL]) is extremely bland and basic. We do not feel it is a good representation of him. It has all the basics but it is not really aesthetically pleasing along with certain parts of the website not even being functional due to shabby work by our previous designer such as the store ([login to view URL]).
We would like to keep a professional, yet very cool look on our website and stand on our own. As you can see from Adrian's pictures he is a pretty cool and funny guy. We are extremely fond of the feel of this site, [login to view URL], and would like to mimic only the "Tour" page of this site, [login to view URL], and would like these to be a guide for the development of our site. Anything the developer feels would enhance our site we are very open to suggestions.
The current color scheme is fine but the graphic design as a whole needs to be more professional and crisp. We would like the website to be developed in the Wordpress CMS so it would be easier for us to update items such as the tour dates, press, and media gallery. Also Wordpress should allow the developer to easily install a plugin for the store we would like to have on the site. We can provide the media and the wording can easily be copied and pasted to the new development. We basically just need an inexpensive face lift of our current model.
We are not biased in the experience level of the developer but want quality work at a fair price as this is a simple information site. Hoping for a week (7 day) turnaround.
Not looking to spend much over $150 due to the simplicity of the project.
