I need a web site build from scratch, no old code or freebie previously used coding. Must be up to date and future proof. We have an unlimited budget but the company that also help us with critical mass ie getting the web site full of adverts before it goes live will get the job. I am not going to ask for any more as if you have build these kinds of web sites then you would know more than me as to what is needed and involved.
