I have this mailer file here:

1) I want someone to re-create the original PSD file that it was generated from.

2) I want them to make some minor changes to it (swap out a graphic or two, change names, etc)

3) I want them to export it as a html software for my mailer program.

I need this work done by today or tomorrow at the latest. (preferably today)
