Need someone to develop a website in which users can upload their own pictures and then have themselves compared with another image of my choice. Then other users can pick "yes" or "no" to whether the user uploaded picture is hotter than the image of my choice. Similar to the hot or not script ([url removed, login to view]) but there wouldn't be a rating system from 1-10, only yes or no. And also there would be two images that show up, mine and the user uploaded one.
Budget is under 250 dollars.
