Change CSS Wordpress plugin

I'm using a 'Issue manager' plugin in my wordpress website. I need the default styling to be changed according to the screenshots. The plugin uses a custom-post-type to create 'Issues'. Within each issue there are rubrics (categories).
The plugin uses 2 pages:
1) archive page: shows all the Issues
2) Issue page: shows the posts that are connected to a issue.
The new styling contains different column styling (1/1 1/2 1/4), in the backend of the plugin i should be able to assign a rubric to a certain styling.
