[login to view URL] Scraping Data to Wordpress Plugin

I would like a wordpress plugin that displays [url removed, login to view] apartments with ability to search, narrow down by region etc.

I have a xml file to start from that provides limited data, such as the address, title, short description, and one picture.

But I want much more data than that displayed. I want the following sections scraped from the buyurl ([url removed, login to view]) of each property:

I would like the following data scraped:

1.) Unit Overview table

2.) Leasing Options

3.) Office Hours

4.) Management

5.) All Photos

6.) All Amenity Data

All this data should be saved to a local table so that we can easily search for it.

The following Wordpress Pages are neeed:

1.) Search Widget

2.) Property Listing, able to drill down by zip, city, state

3.) Property Detail which displays the data scraped in a easy to read format.

Also, all urls should work with wordpress permalink setup. So to view a property you may view /property/205_main_st_2939 instead of ?view=property&id=0203 for example.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

Thanks for all yoru bids. One requirement which I forgot to mention is the requirement of pretty urls/permalinks. The property listing page and the property view page should use pretty urls when displaying. This should work with wordpresses built in permalink system and shoudl not inerfere with that. You can rebid or remove your bid if necessary after this new requirement. Thanks
