Add bank API to our PHP script

We currently run a fairly straightforward system powered by a custom php script, which allows the user to select and fill in forms from a list and purchase an outputted document set (in a zip file) based on what the user has entered into the form.
Each form costs a certain amount of money, defined by the admin, and the user must first deposit funds onto his account (currently only via Paypal), which may then be converted to points, which can subsequently be redeemed on these forms we sell.
What we are looking for is this: a specialist who may integrate new payment methods, in particular so called 'bank links' (ability to make deposit via bank account) for the user to make deposits through them.
