Auto Content Posting Software

Hello,

I am looking to get some software made. This software will be similar to that of [url removed, login to view]

Forum Generator only takes content from Yahoo Answers. I want this to be fully scalable to any site. It will search through everywhere for providing content.

Also having a function for imputting a list of the sites that you only want it to get content from.

I would like this made for vBulletin instead of PHPBB.

However I would also like a system like this built for Wordpress and Joomla. To create one full system for getting automated content to forums,blogs or membership sites. All made into one piece of software.

I will require things like delayed posting, automatically make new users when posting content, and more combined into this software.

Most of the details can be found on [url removed, login to view] as I am looking for something similar to that.

Please note my budget. However as I will be selling this we may be able to work out a commission basis as well. This has potential to make quite a bit from selling.

I will need to know a time period that it would take for this to be done as well.

Think of this as a Autoblog,AutoForum,Auto Membership site creator. Being able to tie in things like CPA offers as well would be a huge bonus.
