I would like to clone a PHP/MySql based auto responder / newsletter manager for my own use.

I would like to have a system that I can setup on my own site similar to:

Of course I would be able to have unlimited users, etc, since it is my own script/software. I want to be able to offer a group of specialized users my own web based auto responder system.

I am also open for other suggestions as well.

I have found another similar system that I like a bit better: http://www.interspire.com/emailmarketer/

I would like my software to function exactly like this system.
