CERTIFIED ebay API expert needed

Here is a detailed description of what I need.

Detailed requirements:

eBay Real Estate listings are categorized under 6 subcategories. I need the listings, by subcategory, stored in a MySQL DB.

The listings to exclude are advertisements (where no actual

selling/buying occurs) and out of the US properties (no need for Canada either). From the remaining listings (US “for sale”), I only need BINs and listings with 0-7 remaining days.

The daily batch must do the following:

1. Load new listings into the DB.

2. Update existing listings with new information (bid value, number

of bids, reserve met etc).

3. Remove completed listings (ended auctions).

I probably need all the attributes eBay allows me to have, including

title, description, address, current bid, number of bids, pictures,

time left, reserve amount etc. In addition, the link to the eBay

page, with my affiliate ID incorporated in it, must be stored per

property.

The application must run nightly. Later on it will run few times a day.

The application must be CERTIFIED with eBay Affiliate Tier.
