Need a component for Joomla 1.0.8 doing this:

Imagine you have 10-20 Joomla sites and each sites having some users.

I want to have a component installed on the Main Site Joomla where there is a list in the component where I put

[login to view URL] the different sites and names + dbuser+password of databases and tables used for each site I want to have merged into a table on the Main Site database. So I can take all the users from the sites in my list and merge them into the user table on the Main Site

[login to view URL] have the job run automatically setting my wanted period of updating.

So it is something about selecting some tables from different databases and write the records to the main database.
