Cubecart and Wordpress Integration

Hi, I have an online store running on Cubecart shopping cart software. I'm very happy with this. I also have a blog running on Wordpress. Both of these sites are on same server.
Cubecart uses .tpl files to show the various PHP pages throughout the Cubecart site.
I would like to show the boxes i.e. Top 10 list, Cart amount, latest products... etc on my Wordpress site. I believe it requires a PHP require call..? Also that the classes will have to be worked out.
If you have experience in Wordpress and Cubecart, please get in touch.
Once the right freelancer has been picked I will set-up a DEV site with a clean install of both programs so that the live shop is not altered. Once working fully and tested we will then integrate.
I also have many more projects on the go and would like to work with the right candidate on all of these to build up a strong working relationship.
