Change Background of two JPEG Images.

Hello, I need someone to change the background of two images (Image 1 and Image 2) with photo shop. The background has to be similar to the image "Correct Background Example". It has to look like naturally like in a photo studio as I need to send them to a government agency. If possible also shadows on the faces of Image 1 and Image 2 has to be taken away (but critaria is for all changes that is has to look naturally like in a photo studio). The size of the images can not be changed.
