Hello,
We need an AutoCAD designer to help us on a Hollow Chambered Wooden Surfboard Project. Please find bellow the project overview.
The fabrication process will be in four steps as follows:
1) CNC Hollowing of the individual timbers. (see link: [login to view URL])
2) Manual assembly of the “Hollow Blank”.
3) CNC shaping of the surfboard.
4) Manual mounting of accessories & finishing.
From CNC files (like those attached) we will need an AutoCAD 2010 file to produce the individual timbers.
We intend to layout the timbers across the Komo Mach 2 machine table to shape all timbers in a single process.
