TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) Protection Zones for Work Gloves

We are an industrial work glove manufacturer and one of our main products are gloves with TPR moulded zones which are applied to the back of gloves (either sonic/heat or sewn) to provide protection from knocks, bumps, bangs, compressions etc. Gloves are widely used in the offshore Oil and Gas sector along with mining and automotive sectors.

The TPR zones are primarily to protect the fingers, knuckles and metacarpals within the hand – see attached image.

We have several mould designs already, attached are two samples TPR1 and TPR2 and we are looking at a new mould also attached named Karbonhex which is based on an Hexagonal pattern/design – the inner hexagonal design is okay but the actual outer/outline needs a redesign to also make it more hexagonal….This is the first job/design

We are also then looking for 5 totally new and fresh TPR mould designs. This is as much about aesthetics as functionality!

There is no specific requirement for these 5 new styles, they could be industry/job or style focused – this is an open brief for you to decide! We are however looking for variation in the designs. Maybe Lightweight to heavyweight etc..

We are NOT looking for technical ready to manufacture 3D designs at this point – designs can be in any format as long as they clear show the design principal and structure etc.
