ASP.net/MYSQL - [login to view URL] style pop-up city selector

Hi I am the owner/developer of [url removed, login to view] I would like my city/region selector to operate like that of [url removed, login to view] as seen here

My site already has a API for data access so you may not need to modify the sql - but I would like this to be smooth and AJAX might be the best way to go so API changes may be needed.

I would like the look of it to be integrated into my existing css layout so you'd need to be creative with what I have or be able to modify what is there.

I would like to see a background of projects you/your team have worked on and if you have never been a lone developer I would like to know what your roles in specific projects were.
