Adding User System, Admin Panel, Selling + Buying Process, Chat Function, Notifications to existing Website

We have already the basic structure of a website ([url removed, login to view])
This website, however, lacks a couple of function:
- the login/signup system still has bugs
- the login with Facebook function still does not work properly
- the upload/sell function of this website still does not work properly
- an admin panel needs to be integrated where we can edit users, see statistics, and see transactions made
- a payment system needs to be integrated (paypal/ card payment (which works via paypal))
- a chat function between users
- a notification system (email and inbound)
The main structures already exist, so you do not need to worry about design.
It is very important that you know Ruby as this page is mainly programmed in HAML and RUBY!!
As this project only includes fixtures we ask for 400-450 $.
