I have an .net C# application that I want to rewritten to Delphi.

The application is highly technical and it makes use of digital signature and soap.

Also I want this to be documentet in in all ways. How to use the code and organized into classes.

I live in Odessa with my wife so only programmers from Odessa can bid on this project.
