Bidding support on monthly basis - Repost - open to bidding

Hi i need a person who is available for 8 hours with 2 shifts. A person can bid on freelancer, elance etc on behalf of our company. We would pay him/her monthly wages + incentives. The main work is to generate leads & communicate with customers.
So i need good internet connection, good communication, basic website development knowledge, chatting, emailing etc.
In short i need bidding or chat support person.
