I´m looking for a virtual assistant with experience creating a double opt-in mailing list, preferably using PHPList. I have a very broad contact list, and need to update my contacts, classiffy them (by lenguage & sector), create separate mailing lists and be able to send them targeted messages to promote my business. Experience building HTML e-mail campaings using PHPList would be beneficial.
