Display User data in User Controls

Hello,
I have an admin user that will need to enter in new users and all their information in SQL. The information will include Full Name, organization, skills, knowledge, interest, etc... In your example this will be dummy data.
There will be a side bar with various fields and as the user clicks on them different user controls with gridviews and other information will need to display. This will again be dummy data.
I basically just want the functionality to click on side bar and display different user controls.
