Create a clearn CSS table-less xhtml page from an example

I need a template page created. I have an example that is fairly clean but has IE 6/7 code in the html. I like it in the CSS instead. The example page is close to what I need. This will be changing some of the elements, the colors in the CSS to match the logo and clean-up the coding.
I will supply
* an example page
* new logo
* an example zip that is clean and coded to our standard. It will include PSD, CSS (for IE6 and IE 7)
I have uploaded a document that lists the changes to the example page.
