an automated crawler/scanner that will scan sites for:

--HTML5 validation

--CSS validation

--broken links

which feeds results back to the user's website dashboard. The website would have

---an ongoing series of searchable archived reports including scan results, explanations and errors were encountered

---be updatable for checklist criteria to be added in the future

free/paid membership levels. Level of membership affect

--whether user sees brief or more detailed summary

--whether they can scan one or more URLs

online payment system.

crawler needs to produce the final results in a full report:

--missing criteria,

--why the site did not comply with the criteria,

--what pages have produced errors

--final compliance result in form of graphs and a percentages (which should be downloadable or emailable)

system must keep track of previous account results so clients can track their progress.
