Convert PSD/mockup to responsive HTML

This is a simple one-page website and we are looking for someone who can convert the mockup image into HTML elements. UI only, no need for hosting or back-end functionality.

- Must be completed within 3-4 days
- Multiple revisions might be required
You can build the page from scratch using HTML and other frameworks or you can build it from an existing template. You are not required to use templates but if you decide to build it from a template, we can cover the cost of the template so we will purchase it for you.
