Create Product Data List For Google Merchant Google Checkout System

I'm trying to set up a google checkout system for my business and I'm having all sorts of trouble with it. I'm stuck at the part where I need to create a product data list. It's asking for the data in some weird data feed format and I just haven't a clue how to proceed. I have a product list of about 15 products, I just don't know how to get it into a file that google will accept.
Someone out there, please help.
