Design Excel template to import invoices into QuickBooks Pro 2008

We have some projects with QuickBooks with different versions. The first project is for QB Pro 2008. You need to design an excel template that can import 2 or more invoices in one excel file. One invoice has 2 and more items. Please see the attached of blank invoice. The fields name in excel must be the same as QB.
In the future we will need have different format of blank invoice or different QB Version.
If you can do that, please let me know the time frame
You must be an QuickBooks expert so you can design the temaplate and capture the screen to instruct users how to import. It's not just simple like create an excel file.
