Bulk Article Submission Software - Easy Job

I am looking for a freelance programmer to create a one-click bulk article submission application.
The application will have a user-friendly drag and drop interface. It will allow the one-click submission one or several .txt articles to a wide range of the internet's "article directories".
A list of internet "article directories" must be created; preferably with as many directories as possible (600 minimum).
An example of a similar program can be sent for reverse engineering or "inspiration". However the programmust be fully automatic.
Some of these directories require registration and so a multiple registration capability will also be included within the program.
Bear in mind that these directories all have different formats, necessary informationt to fill in and categories for article submission. This will have to be accounted for.
For example, many different article directory websites have different "categories" to submit articles to. A suitable drop-down category-list that covers all of the categories will be created so that the user of this application will only have to categorise their article ONCE and the submission tool will submit it to the equivalent categories on all of the directories.
Use XML / anything you want... as long as it works and is user friendly, I don't care. Preferably it will be designed to include my logo.
In order for bids to be accepted I must be able to see a sample of your previous work.
Bids will be chosen based on the quality of the previous work submitted, the fairness of the price offered and the time period that the work would be completed in.
Payment will only be given once I have received the software application and am satisfied with the quality. Quality means functionality, user-friendliness and visual appeal.
