Corporate Tax Filing Specialist Needed

I am seeking a qualified and experienced tax professional to assist with updating and preparing tax returns for an S-Corporation and its sole owner.
Responsibilities:
1) Update 2022 Tax Return:
- Revise the existing draft of the 2022 tax return to reflect a different income level.
- Make necessary adjustments related to the income change in the filing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the tax code.
2) Draft 2023 Tax Return:
- Prepare a draft of the 2023 tax return for both the S-Corporation and personal taxes of the owner.
- Utilize provided balance sheet and profit & loss statements from QuickBooks to accurately reflect the financial position.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in tax preparation for S-Corporations and individual taxes.
-Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements for disregarded entities.
-Proficiency in using accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.
-Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
-Excellent communication skills to discuss and clarify financial details.
