xml flash gallery with some special requirements. - open to bidding

i need to do a flash horizontal scroll gallery it will be xml driven and you will find an example of what i mean in the attached file , i will summarize some needed feature that i will need to be done and may configured from the xml:

(first the main idea is the brush will draw the box items then after fishing the drawing the water jar will go to the up right corner of the box and water fills the box with the picture loaded from the xml)

1-i have to decide the gallery page size from the xml.

2-i need also to decide if the brush will draw the item box form right or left as you can see the third item in the attached file.

3-i will need multipage gallery so it should have a right and left arrow and maybe but not must a bullet in the bottom of the gallery to navigate to the other pages.

4-also i will need the basic gallery features like preloading all the images in the beginning and have a counter of the percent loaded and a path for the background image.

note: i don't mind if you use any ready made items in the project unless they are well done and ready for future editing.
