1: To Let (Checkbox)

2: For Sale (Checkbox)

3: Type (Drop Down)

4: Min Size - Max Size (Text Input)

The next 3 items are to be dynamic and ajax Dropdown driven

5: Region (Dropdown)

6: Zone (Dropdown based on Region Selected)

7: Areas (Checkbox based on Zone Selected)
