Android App to register surveys.

The app will display a question with the different possible options to answer with a simple tap (click).
The survey is going to be split into sections (different topics).
The app has to work offline after loading the questions and sync with the cloud once the device is online again.
Once a survey started, the audio should be recorded until the survey is finished, also this audio must be pushed to the cloud as part of the survey.
Also, the geolocation should be retrieved and registered during the survey.
Must be a method to import a survey from an excel file and propagate it to the cloud so more devices can load the survey also.
