Flutter App with QR Code Features

I am looking to have a Flutter app developed that will operate on both Android and iOS systems. The key features needed for this app would include:
- QR Code Scanning: The app should be capable of scanning QR codes.
- Rest Service Call: The app should be able to make REST service calls to retrieve data, passing the code retrieved from the qrcode scanner . The REST service will be provided, you will not have to deveolp it.
- Data should be used to populate a local database where the user can diplay info, adding them to a list, diplay the list and check/uncheck elements
- The project will be managed with a private project on GIT
The ideal freelancer for this job is someone experienced in Flutter development, particularly with integrating QR code scanning and data retrieval capabilities. They should also have a strong understanding of RESTful services. Having prior experience in creating such features will be viewed as an advantage.
It's mandatory for the freelancer to be able to use GIT (push, pull, branch management, etc..)
