IOS and android chat app

Assume A user want to talk with B user.
1. IOS and android app (two platform can link together)

3. User need to draw their profile pictrue, like this

4. User need to record a voice to describe themselves, they can select different voice changer in my app. (Min 5 second) (Max 20 second)
5. In dashboard, A can see 5 random users, their pic and voice message is locked, only show B user self introduction text.
6. By default, all user will hide their pic and voice message until A User watch 5 second full screen.
After A unlock B pic, A user can chat with them, or continuous to unlock B voice message (30 sec ad)
7. No register is require, but they can save their pic and voice and they can edit anytime.
The flow is like,
(Select gender) > (draw pic) > (record voice message) > (enter simple introduction) > (dashboard) > chat

Milestone:
1. 20% as start work (release after receive design layout)
2. 10% admin panel
3. 30% complete android app
4. 30% complete ios app
5. 10% testing and your satisfaction
