I need an app that acts like an API to dial numbers, hang up, and send SMS messages. The app will listen on the USB port for JSON messages.
Dial a number

Dial a USSD code

Hang up / end call

The app will:
1. Execute the intent (dialling a number, ending call, sending SMS)
2. Display received messages on the screen (just scrolling text)
3. Save a log to a file on the phone
The app will be installed via APK (no intention to distribute on the app store).
Phones are all Samsung Galaxy A20 (Android 9, USB-C).
