Title Card for Animated Webseries

Hi All,
I have a completed animated webseries in need of a title card. That is, a graphic artist who can design text over a black backdrop (such as Stranger Things, the Owl House and the Dragon Prince) to be used as an introduction and a logo.
As the series has an eighties theme, I have attached the graphics for Rock & Rule and Thor: Love and Thunder for inspiration. However, the text will also require some illusion of animation such as a shine over the letters, a lightning flash or fiery embers in backdrop, to appear natural as it enters the screen.
