Starting with pay, the payment will be decided through YouTube Commission separating into 30% of all animation related profits (Merch, YouTube Commission, Ads [as in sponsorships], etc.). I will warn that because of this the beginning will feel largely pro-bono (I know, it's the 2nd worst word...2nd only to 'paid in 'experience'), and we will require your help to spread the word!!!
